Short version: Golden Echo Mining Co collects nothing. The game has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no internet permission. Your save file and your settings stay on your own device, and we never see them.
This policy applies to the Golden Echo Mining Co game application for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS, published by Golden Wheat Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). It describes how the application itself handles information.
We do not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The application contains no analytics framework, no crash-reporting service, no advertising software development kit, no social media integration and no third-party tracking of any kind.
The Android build requests a single permission, VIBRATE, which produces the
optional touch feedback you can switch off in the in-game controls menu. It does not request the
INTERNET permission, so the application is technically incapable of sending
information anywhere.
So the game can remember where you left off, it writes the following to private storage on your device only:
This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to us, it is not synchronised between devices, and we have no means of reading it. Uninstalling the application deletes it. On mobile you can also clear it through your operating system's app storage settings.
Because the application collects no information at all, it collects no information from children. We do not knowingly gather personal data from anyone, of any age.
Golden Echo Mining Co is bought once, up front. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no in-game currency sold for money.
Payment is handled entirely by the storefront you buy from — Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the payment provider used on our own website. We never receive or store your card number or banking details. Those providers process your payment under their own privacy policies, and where a storefront gives us order or tax information for a sale, we use it only to fulfil the purchase and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
The application shares no data with third parties, because it holds no data to share. The game is built with the Unity engine; no Unity analytics, advertising or cloud service is included in the build.
Data protection laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its sale. We hold no personal data about you from your use of this application, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, delete or sell. If we ever add a feature that changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top before that feature ships. Material changes will also be noted on the game's page on our website.
